Notice of Suspension of Ninetan's Weather Forecast Experiment

Thank you for taking part in Ninetan's weather forecast experiment. Unfortunately, the site that provided the radar information needed to make forecasts was shut down at the end of March 2016, so we are no longer able to continue the experiment. There is currently no timeline for resuming it. We apologize for the inconvenience.
